Operating Modes & Brightness Levels

Operation Instructions

Power ON/OFF

1. Turn ON: Turn the tail cap clockwise until tight, then press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1 second. Default brightness is 100%.
2. Turn OFF: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.

Switching Between Modes

1. Spot ↔ Wide: When light is ON, press and hold button for 1 second to cycle: Spot → Wide → Spot
2. Activate SOS: From OFF state, press and hold button for 2 seconds
3. SOS ↔ Strobe: When in SOS mode, press and release button to switch
4. Exit SOS: Press and hold button for 2 seconds

Adjusting Brightness

When the light is ON, press and immediately release the ON/OFF button to cycle through brightness levels: 100% → 50% → 25% → back to 100%

Battery Installation & Charging

Installing the Battery

1. Turn the tail cap counter-clockwise to open
2. Insert the 26650 Lithium battery into the tail cap
3. IMPORTANT: Check the label inside the tail cap and align battery positive (+) and negative (-) terminals correctly
4. Turn the tail cap clockwise to reattach to the head

Charging the Battery

1. Use the included charger, AC adapter, and USB cable
2. Connect to USB power source (5V, maximum 2A)
3. Charging indicator will be RED while charging
4. When fully charged, indicator will turn BLUE

O-ring Maintenance

The LEP01 has two O-rings in the tail cap that require regular maintenance:

1. Use silicone grease to keep O-rings well lubricated
2. Lubricate if light hasn't been used for a long time or if O-rings feel hard
3. Replace O-rings if damaged, broken, or deformed
4. WARNING: Do not use sharp tools to remove O-rings

⚠️ Important Warnings

1. ONLY use 26650 Lithium batteries provided by the manufacturer
2. DO NOT open the tail cap when the LEP light is in the water
3. Remove battery if light will not be used for a long period

Failure to comply with these warnings may result in damage and will void the warranty.
